Re: pkg/45501 proxychains fine for dragonfly, broken on netbsd

It has been several months since Nikolai has last commented on this PR 
with the last few responses from me going unanswered.

I suspect the changes needed to have this build on both NetBSD and 
DragonFly aren't extensive, but I am expecting a working set of package 
files to be provided by the submitter, not a rough base which needs to 
be polished by someone else.

If no new submission is provided, it will be assumed the submitter lost 
interest and the PR status will be changed to "suspended" or "closed".
