 When I look at the homepage more closely, I see buried amongst a
 zillion other update notes, the following:
 
 20.03.2011: libplist 1.4 has been released fixing memory leaks
            and a bug in writing binary plists.
 
 Which both indicates what (apparently) changed, and that 1.4 has
 been around > 8 months now (no wonder the 1.3 distfile is not
 still where it once might have been!)
