Let's assume it's fixed - if you see it again let us know.

(the most common cause of this is programs setting the tty to nonblocking
mode and not setting it back on suspend or when crashing; most shells can't
cope/don't set it back, read EWOULDBLOCK on stdin, consider this a fatal
read error, and bail out.)
