 Thanks, but the SUBST_SED.gkprefix you committed seems wrong:
 
   -e '/GKRELLMD_SYS_ETC/{s!/etc!${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}&!;}'
 
 The ampersand (&) in the replacement part of the sed(1) pattern should
 not be there, otherwise a PKG_SYSCONFDIR setting of /usr/pkg/etc becomes
 /usr/pkg/etc/etc.
