 All pim*d are obsolete.
 Historically, it was developed with RFC2362, but as this RFC has many 
 bugs, the pim*d development was over.
 I think XORP would be better to use instead of pim*d.
 
 
 Maybe the pim6* package should be removed from pkgsrc.
 The problem report can be closed.
