 For intents and purposes, yes.
 One of the changes to the Makefile in the provided patch was to correct 
 a typo, from "Do" to "Due" and it was changed to the also incorrect 
 "Doe".  What's not clear to me is why the good and well-tested patch 
 wasn't applied and rather the changes were entered manually...?
 
 Obviously a typo doesn't affect functionality, so this PR can be closed.
