When using chat/psi from pkgsrc, it installs, but gpg is not usable and you
wonder why.
For gpg, you need wip/qca2-gnupg, but that's documented nowhere.
I would add a MESSAGE for psi that points to wip/qca2-gnupg, if you need gpg.

Install chat/psi and try to add gpg-encryption for an account.
