 Each icon has a configuration file in ~/.idesktop that is suffixed with .lnk 
(ie. default.lnk).
 In each file are properties that describe the icon.  For the property labeled 
'Icon:' insert more than one blank space or tab spaces between 'Icon:' and the 
path to the icon.

 Use only one tab space or blank space between 'Icon:' and the icon's bitmap 
image path.
