 I feel that http://cssutils.googlecode.com/files/ should be set as MASTER_SITES
 instead of PYPI because it is linked from HOMEPAGE (and I think it is bad idea 
to set
 PYPI site as HOMEPAGE because it point newest distribution, currently, 0.9.8a1,
 it's alpha version and not stable version).
 How do you think about it?
