>Description:
mpd crashes (segmentation fault) upon trying to play any .m4a file if it is
using faad as the decoder, as in the default pkgsrc configuration.

I have reported this upstream:
http://musicpd.org/mantis/view.php?id=3205
>How-To-Repeat:
play any .m4a file
>Fix:
A temporary workaround is to put

PKG_OPTIONS.musicpd+= -faad ffmpeg

in mk.conf and rebuild musicpd, so that ffmpeg is used for AAC decoding instead.
