Well, I just installed the dependencies of py-crypto in an empty
 sandbox and ended up with:

 rm -rf /usr/pkg /var/db/pkg*
 pkg_add /packages/All/digest
 pkg_add /packages/All/checkperms
 make DEPENDS_TARGET=bin-install install-depends

 digest-20080510 Message digest wrapper utility
checkperms-1.11 Check and correct file permissions
gmp-5.0.1 Library for arbitrary precision arithmetic
 libffi-3.0.9 Foreign function interface
 python26-2.6.6nb7 Interpreted, interactive, object-oriented programming
language

So I cannot reproduce your problem. Please find out why py-amkcrypto
 is installed for you.

 Thanks,
  Thomas
