9.0 because it depends on PostgreSQL 8.4.

[I'm using pkgsrc-current downloaded on 2011-Feb-16 (mid-day).]

Shouldn't the dependency be for 8.4 and newer instead of just 8.4?  (Or is this 
not possible?)
