 Filip Hajny suggested to build the "spidermonkey" package with thread
 support disabled ("PKG_OPTIONS.spidermonkey= -threads"). I tried that
 and it fixes the problem. MediaTomb works fine afterwards and doesn't
 consume vaste amounts of CPU cycles.
