 Thanks for the quick response. I have checked the installation. The package 
was 
 built and installed without that option you mentioned. However, it seems to be 
a 
 problem with my pkgsrc. I re-installed the pkg and noticed an error in the 
 net/wget build-cycle. For some reason, that error was non-fatal and the build 
 for oinkmaster continued, even though wget wasn't properly installed.
 I have cvs updated the wget directory and it works now as required.
