The pkg net/oinkmaster is building without a dependency to net/wget. The perl 
script oinkmaster is trying to execute wget and fails.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install net/oinkmaster w/o installing net/wget first.

- Manually install net/wget

-Change script to use ftp instead of wget

Long term fix:

Change the pkg to either install net/wget or replace the exec wget code in the 
oinkmaster script
