Would it be possible to install the stuff from the directory 
cscope/work/cscope-15.7a/contrib/xcscope as well?

Perhaps something along this line:

post-install:
        ${INSTALL_SCRIPT} ${WRKSRC}/contrib/xcscope/cscope-indexer \
                ${DESTDIR}${PREFIX}/bin
        ${INSTALL_DATA} ${WRKSRC}/contrib/xcscope/xcscope.el \
                ${DESTDIR}${PREFIX}/share/emacs/site-lisp

Also, the PATH in cscope-indexer may need to be patched.


(FreeBSD port is installing it when WITH_XCSCOPE is defined.)
