The xmlto script contains two lines XSLTPARAMS="XSLTPARAMS ..." in the
case branch that handles the --stringparam option. Those lines should
read XSLTPARAMS="$XSLTPARAMS ...". This is already fix upstream in
xmlto-0.0.23.
