I checked in a fix for this - sorry to take so long over it:

% ./pkglocate --help
Usage: pkglocate [-i] [-f] [-p] [-v] word
       [-i] ignore case when searching
       [-f] look for a file, rather than a word or phrase
       [-p] (NOT AVAILABLE - needs glimpse package installed) use approximate 
matching
       [-v] be verbose
