 Seems to build OK on MacOS X 10.4.11 (PPC) with pkgsrc-current.  Don't
 know if it works since the applications of interest that use it don't

 The machines that were limited to 10.2.x are no-longer readily usable and
 when next they are will have a CPU upgrade installed that eliminates the
 version limitation--if I bother with MacOS X on them at all...
 
 So I guess this one can be closed.
