 "/usr/include/dlfcn.h" includes "/usr/include/sys/cdefs.h" which has
 several places it attempts to define _POSIX_C_SOURCE.

    #undef _POSIX_SOURCE
    #undef _XOPEN_SOURCE
 
 before the inclusion of "dlfcn.h" in "bindtextdomain.c" has been
 insufficient to cause "RTLD_NEXT" to become defined.
