 I feel this change will break applications and it must be all or nothing.
 If cache is not updated after package installation, its icons will not be 
shown.
 If cache is not updated after package deinstallation, other package may
 pick up deleted icons in cache and crash.
 
 All package having icons in share/icons/gnome must be changed to depend on
 gnome-icon-theme package and bump PKGREVISION,
