        PLIST problem with devel/libgweather (as below).

        I think this one is one of those "well known" cases that
        someone will fix by adding the magic dependency or something...
        (so I'm going to keep this PR very short).

>How-To-Repeat:
        I use pkg_comp with NetBSD 4.0 and libkver ... (blah blah).
        That's largely irrelevant - except that I start the install
        (build) of the package in an almost completely empty sandbox
        (that is, netBSD 4.0 is installed, and nothing else).

        Declared dependencies are pkg_add'd from binary packages
        as required by the package being built - and (almost) only
        those.

        With that environment, building devel/libgweather results in ...

=> Checking file-check results for libgweather-2.30.2
ERROR: ************************************************************
ERROR: The following files are in /usr/pkg but not in the PLIST:
