Hello,

While rebuilding Gnome after the PNG library bump, I found a few
remaining dependencies that weren't reflected in the infrastructure.

libgnomekbd needs its BUILDLINK_ABI_DEPENDS bumped to revision nb2 or
gnome-applets and gnome-control-center will fail to rebuild with an
old libgnomekbd present.

Likewise, policykit-gnome needs its BUILDLINK_ABI_DEPENDS bumped to
revision nb2 or gnome-session will fail to rebuild with an old
policykit-gnome present.

There was an issue with gnome-icon-theme too, in its make file it sets
a BUILD_DEPENDS for librsvg, which doesn't take into account librsvg's
revision bump, so gnome-icon-theme fails at the post-install phase if
an old version of librsvg is present.
