>Description:
Building x11/Xfixes (a dependency of xcursor, qt3-libs, and ultimately
mplayer) fails during configuration with:

[...]
checking for XTHREADS in Xlib... yes
checking for fixesext >= 2.0... Package 'FixesProto' requires 'xextproto >=
7.0.99.1' but version of XExtensions is 1.0.1
configure: error: Library requirements (fixesext >= 2.0) not met; consider
adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a
nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them.
*** Error code 1

bmake: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/x11/Xfixes
WARNING: *** Please consider adding c++ to USE_LANGUAGES in the package

>How-To-Repeat:
On MacOS X 10.4.11 PPC (intel?) attempt to build x11/Xfixes or any
package that pulls it in as a dependency.
>Fix:
Don't know. I see other Xfixes and "fixesext" PRs, mostly on Solaris.
pkg/39115 seems to be in the same ballpark though.
