>Description:
I just updated my pkgsrc from 2009Q4 to 2010Q1, and issued
pkg_rolling-replace.
When nmap got replaced, it installed some manpages here:
/usr/pkg/man/de/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/es
/usr/pkg/man/es/man1
/usr/pkg/man/es/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/fr/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/hr
/usr/pkg/man/hr/man1
/usr/pkg/man/hr/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/hu/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/it/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/jp
/usr/pkg/man/jp/man1
/usr/pkg/man/jp/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/pl/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/pt_BR
/usr/pkg/man/pt_BR/man1
/usr/pkg/man/pt_BR/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/pt_PT
/usr/pkg/man/pt_PT/man1
/usr/pkg/man/pt_PT/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/ro
/usr/pkg/man/ro/man1
/usr/pkg/man/ro/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/ru
/usr/pkg/man/ru/man1
/usr/pkg/man/ru/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/sk
/usr/pkg/man/sk/man1
/usr/pkg/man/sk/man1/nmap.1
/usr/pkg/man/zh
/usr/pkg/man/zh/man1
/usr/pkg/man/zh/man1/nmap.1
I assumed that this was incorrect because it created all those
locale-specific directories right below /usr/pkg/man, but perhaps
it was supposed to do that. I can't find any indication of where
multilingual manpages are supposed to live, nor any other examples...
Anne.
