 Patch names are not really relevant. Add a comment to the patch (and
 send it upstream), please, and it doesn't matter what name the file
 has.
 
 Previously we sometimes used cvs history log to find out what a patch
 was used for, but with comments in the patches, I don't see any reason
 to only use patch file names once.
