 atomic_swap_uchar seems to exist on Solaris since it exists in
 HAVE_IB_ATOMIC_PTHREAD_T_SOLARIS.

 It succeeded on NetBSD/i386 5.99.25 but failed on 5.0_STABLE:

 It is difference between NetBSD i386 5.0_STABLE and current.
