 Nothing has changed in pkg_comp in ages, so yes ... I had the same
 problemagain using NetBSD rather than 3.0 (or one I would describe
 the same way anyway.)   Personally, I'm not going to see it again,
 as I have my own version of pkg_comp with a hack in its test for
 pkg_install version adequacy that seems to work OK  for me.
 
 I still don't know if the test in pkg_comp is needed or not, but it
 is still there.
