On all systems where I've attempted to build "devel/cmake" (dependency of
graphics/blender), non-login shells do not alter any environment
variables at all. While they set/alter/use some local shell variables,
they do not interfere with anything development tools use. Nor are any
of these modified in in "mk.conf".

So far, the only difference I've seen between "works" and "doesn't work"
is that the system that works was wiped clean of all packages and every-
thing was built solely from pkgsrc-2009Q3. The systems that don't work
have previous packages built from unstable pkgsrc-current from about a
 month before pkgsrc-2009Q3 was tagged.
