 Yes.
 I assumed that xmkmf in RHEL-5.4 is broken/mis-configured, or version
 mismatch with a native package which contains imake config files.
 Because pkgsrc execute just "xmkmf -a", and "-I" option will be added
 by xmkmf automatically.
 
 On NetBSD-5.0.1,
 % xmkmf
 imake -DUseInstalled -I/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config
 imake: No such file or directory
 imake: No description file.
    Stop.
