 I've just converted manual rule to

 pre-configure:
        ${MAKE_DIR} ${WRKDIR}/obj

 CONFIGURE_DIRS=                ${WRKDIR}/obj
 CONFIGURE_SCRIPT=      ${WRKSRC}/configure

 make configure and build rise no error,
 but make install result in missing ${PREFIX}/avr/{c++,g++,gcc}.
 Maybe, something in BUILD_ENV or MAKE_FLAGS affect to build phase.
 (just back do-install to manual rule result in same failure)
