When openldap-server is compiled and installed with the sasl option on Linux, I 
get the following error when attempting to run slapd:

/usr/pkg/libexec/slapd: symbol lookup error: /usr/pkg/libexec/slapd: undefined 
symbol: ldap_pvt_sasl_mutex_new

This error does not occur when I run slapd after compiling openldap-server 
without the sasl option.

Attempt to run slapd after installing openldap-server from pkgsrc with the sasl 
option on.
