Entirely possible - whatever state up-to-date at the time binary packages
would have been - for the packages I have binary versions of (about 70%
of everything I think) I update the binary package whenever they get a
revbump (in the nbN sense, or just a regular newer version) - and otherwise
they just sit there (very rarely, like no mor ethan once every few years,
 I'll restart from zero).

I take it from this message, and your other message (PR 42337) to David H.
Gutteridge, that you suggest rebuilding gnome-panel to see what happens.

Did that, and rebuilt seahorse-plugins after that, and all is fine
(so go ahead and treat this PR as representing a known problem, and
 just close it...)

I wonder if there's any way to know (or discover) just how many packages
might be suffering problems like this?
