>Fix:
        Someone who has the distfile should manually put it
        on ftp.netbsd.org (the gems MASTER_SITES seem to be
        horridly unreliable - I often see "503 service unavailable"
        instead of the more fatal "404" that appeared this time).

        Alternatively, possibly it should be upgraded to a newer
        version or something (so quickly...)
