 What about having packages that need expat use pkgsrc dependency by 
 default.  Seems liks this is a common problem.
 
 Also, it would be nice if packages were built and provided using modular X 
 without any X base sets installed.
 
 Also pkg_add should complain about this at install time.
 
 I think pkgin can detect and warn about this problem.
