 python logging module is part of python since 2.3.
 Only the module included in python23 is older than this package
 (python23:0.4.8.1 python24: 0.4.9.7 python25:0.5.0.2 python26:0.5.0.5),
 but python23 is obsolete and will be removed from pkgsrc,
 so py-logging will be removed.
