Running pkgsrc-current
>Description:
Both coreutils and gnuls install and uninstall the (g)ls and (g)dircolors 
programs. Gnuls is marked as conflicting with coreutils, but not vice versa.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install gnuls
Install coreutils
Remove coreutils

The gls and dircolors files are gone while the gnuls package is still 
"installed".
>Fix:
Mark gnuls as a conflicting package in coreutils makefile
