        chat/irssi in pkgsrc (0.8.12) is not the latest stable version (0.8.13).

        While here I also tried to improve the package removing patches, adding
        LICENSE and trying to improve the general Makefile style.

        During the work I also saw and think that pkg/15510 was accidentaly
        reopened so I modified patch-aa accordingly.

        Few days later of irssi 0.8.13 announcement CVE-2009-1959 appeared. 
irssi
        developers will not provide a bugfix release (altough they fixed this
        problem on the developement release) but I think it is better to fix it
        immediatly and so I decided to backport the security fix as patch-ab 
(this
        is also why the priority is medium and not low).

        In order to avoid breakage I also updated chat/irssi-icb.


>How-To-Repeat:

        $ cd ${PKGSRCDIR}/chat/irssi && make show-var VARNAME=DISTNAME

        and/or

        $ cd ${PKGSRCDIR}/chat/irssi && make install
        $ irssi -v

>Fix:

        Please apply the patches. I wrote various patches both for irssi and
        irssi-icb and in order to don't make this mail pretty long I published
        them on my website:

        If this way is not handy for you please reply to this mail and I will
        reply attaching all the patches on the PR.

        The various "pkgsrc changes":

         - added LICENSE (gnu-gpl-v2)
         - close (accidentaly reopened) pkg/15510 [only for irssi, not 
irssi-icb]

         - handle configuration file via INSTALL_MAKE_FLAGS (like mail/mutt)
