>Description:
With PKG_DEVELOPER set, pkgsrc checks files installed by packages
to make sure they're rational - net/argus fails that test
>How-To-Repeat:
I use pkg_comp with libkver and NetBSD 4.0 sets installed (except
the x* sets, I use pkgsrc modular xorg). Aside from use of
pkg_comp (which is what sets PKG_DEVELOPER in my case) i doubt
any of that (including it being 4.0) is relevant here.
With PKG_DEVELOPER set, one way or another, build net/argus
and expect to see ...
=> Checking file permissions in argus-3.4nb1
warning: /usr/pkg/etc/argus: group-writable directory.
error: /usr/pkg/etc/argus: world-writable directory.
1 errors and 1 warnings.
*** Error code 1
Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/net/argus
*** Error code 1
>Fix:
Add a few chmod's ?? Or if the permissions are important, add
whatever mtree (or whatever it is) info pkgsrc needs to
understand that this is not an accident.
