The reason that it doesn't build under NetBSD is the broken definition
of "struct kevent" in "sys/event.h", see here:

The package builds fine with "--with-kqueue" under Darwin but doesn't
work because kevent(2) returns ENODEV.

This leaves DragonFly, FreeBSD and OpenBSD as possible targets.
But I cannot test those.
