>Description:
On a machine with native xorg installed and kde from pkgsrc I can not start
a kde session via kdm. The .xsession-errors file says:

OSTYPE: not found
PAGER: not found
PATH: not found
PGPPATH: not found
[..]
TERM: not found
USER: not found
VENDOR: not found
XDM_MANAGED: not found
xset: not found
xsetroot: not found
startkde: Starting up...
xprop: not found
mkdir: Owner of /tmp/.ICE-unix should be set to root
dcopserver: 'iceauth' not found in path, aborting.
DCOPServer self-test failed.
iceauth: not found
kdeinit: DCOPServer could not be started, aborting.
Warning: connect() failed: : Connection refused
The following installation problem was detected
while trying to start KDE:

Could not find 'iceauth' in path.

KDE is unable to start.

Note that it doesn't seem to find PATH (wherever it looks for that)
and then does not find any x* binary, neither /usr/X11R7/bin/iceauth.
The comments generated in /usr/pkg/share/kde/config/kdm/kdmrc
seem to indicate that /usr/X11R7/bin should be in the default path:

# The PATH for the Session program.
# Default is "/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/X11R7/bin:/usr/games"

(side note: I love that there are two kdmrc files, the other at
/usr/pkg/etc/kdm/kdmrc)
