 After adding pidfile="/var/run/httpd.pid", I still get:
 
 # /etc/rc.d/apache restart
 /usr/pkg/sbin/apachectl stop: httpd stopped
 /usr/pkg/sbin/apachectl start: httpd (pid 22253) already running
