The missing p5-MARC-Record package was updated and
p5-Net-Z3950-ZOOM was fixed to use that package
and had it's version number bumped.

I agree with the comment that it is sort of unreasonable
to cause an entire bulk build to not start due to a single
package having a problem, with the error message scuttled
away in some non-obious location.
