>Description:
The upgrade to benchmarks/iozone last Monday, as the commit
        message said ...

                support an optional build...

        and added
                .include "options.mk"
        to the Makefile.

But there is no options.mk the pkgsrc directory to include...

Takahiro Kambe reported this in a message on pkgsrc-changes
in relpy to the commit message, also on Monday, but didn't PR it..

Since it hasn't been fixed in the past couple of days, here's
a PR so it doesn't get forgotten.

>How-To-Repeat:
Attempt to make benchmarks/iozone (or anything else that uses make)

>Fix:
Commit the options.mk that obviously exists somewhere but
        was apparently just forgotten.
