Why do you want this ? the xenkernel3 package will build a 32bit xen.gz on
a i386 host, and a 64bit xen.gz on a amd64 host. I'm not sure why you'd
want a 32bit xen.gz on a amd64 (and this wouldn't boot anyway).
I'm also not sure why you'd want a 32bitPAE xen.gz as we don't have a
dom0 kernel capable of running on it. building a 64bit xen.gz on a i386 host
is just not possible without cross-build tools, which is out of the scope
of pkgsrc.
