 I don't understand. The configure script does check for XvMC libraries
 and paths before enabling the XvMC plugin. It thinks they're there, or
 it would have disabled the plugin and you'd get a mismatched PLIST.
 
 Also, I find this suspicious:

 Do you know where it's coming from? I'm inclined to suspect that
 something's wrong with libtool and that's what's really causing the
 problem.
