 Can you check upstream for original xcdroast project to see if the 
 problems have been reported or already fixed by them?
 
 It is possible it is not a NetBSD issue nor NetBSD specific. We don't have 
 a maintainer for this package, so if you can help track down the problem 
 via xcdroast it would be great.
