 Oh, I am sorry.
 I completely forgot to refer to the changes.
 
 In short, there are some new features which can be quite useful
 for users who make extensive use of osh.
 
 Significant changes include the following:
 
 1) Support was added for 3 new command-line options: "-i", "-l", and "-v".
 
 2) Support was added for 3 new rc files.
 
    *) This includes a system-wide "osh.oshrc",
       a system-wide "osh.logout", and a user ".osh.logout".
