on successful upgrade to devel/rt3 to 3.6.6, the CSS:Squish logic seems broken 
- the main CSS file is not delivered and makes RT unusable.

on install the package will not overwrite /usr/pkg/etc/rt3/RT_Config.pm but the 
new version holds some variables that are required.

upgrade from 3.5.x
>Fix:
move /usr/pkg/etc/rt3/RT_Config.pm away to /usr/pkg/share/ somewhere and force 
the user to edit /usr/pkg/etc/rt3/RT_SiteConfig.pm instead.
