cvsweb now properly displays the commitlog, which it didn't a few days ago:
  http://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/pkgsrc/math/capc-calc/patches/patch-aa

so it seems like it's been finally fixed on the master cvs server!
